 Yin + Yoga Nidra

Be treated to this beautiful fusion of Yin Yoga with Yoga Nidra. A 90 minute class focused on deep, nourishing holds followed by a deep, peaceful meditation.


Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep" is a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. In a Yoga Nidra practice you can expect to be slowly guided through a full body relaxation, allowing time for your body to feel as though it is asleep but for your mind to remain conscious. Verbal ques will then lead you through calming visualisations allowing you to let go of the outside world and turn your attention fully inwards.

Studies have shown that a 30 minute Yoga Nidra practice is equal to 3 hours of sleep. It also promotes self awareness, a sense of joy and obviously reduces stress and tension.
