Winter Solstice Yoga Retreat

Mt Buffalo Victoria: 21 - 23 June 2019

 

Join Jessica Dewar and Nat Jefferis for a 2-night Winter solstice Yoga retreat at the luxury hideaway 215 Mt. Buffalo Retreat. This spectacular property is located in Victoria's alpine country, just 10 minutes from Bright.

You will be treated to nourishing vegan/vegetarian meals all prepared by our private chef using only the freshest, seasonal produce. Consultations with a Naturopath can also be arranged if you’d like to delve a little deeper into your overall health and wellbeing.

Our yoga studio for the weekend is fully equipped with infrared heating to keep you warm as you practice. We welcome everybody from all fitness levels and walks of life – this weekend of bliss will cater to all levels.


This weekend offers plenty of time to rest, hike or snuggle up with a good book. The perfect opportunity to nourish your body and mind.

Your weekend of bliss…

Friday:

12.00pm - 4.30pm: Arrive, settle and start relaxing!

5:00 pm – 6:30 pm: YOGA | A blissful evening yin yoga class to prepare your body and mind for a restful nights sleep.

6:30 pm – 8:30 pm: Gather together for an exquisite, nutritious dinner, followed by tea, chats or an early night to bed.

Saturday:

8.00 am - 8.30am: Morning meditation as the sun rises over the rolling fields.

8:30 am – 10:00 am: YOGA | A 90 minute practice to start the day.

10:00 am – 11:30 am: A delicious and healthy breakfast awaits.

11:30 am – 5:00 pm: FREE TIME | Head out for a gentle hike, visit Bright (just 10 minutes away) or snuggle up with a good book.

5:00 pm – 6:30 pm: YOGA | A blissful evening yin yoga class to prepare your body and mind for a restful nights sleep.

6:30 pm – 8:30 pm: Gather together for an exquisite, nutritious dinner, followed by tea, chats or an early night to bed.

Sunday:

8.00 am - 8.30am: Morning meditation as the sun rises over the rolling fields.

8:30 am – 10:00 am: YOGA | A 90 minute practice to start the day.

10:00 am – 11:30 am: A delicious and healthy breakfast awaits.

12.00pm: Check-out and travel home rested, relaxed and rejuvenated.

Accommodation options:

  1. Main House twin share with ensuite bathroom $750 +GST per person

  2. Main House twin share with shared bathroom $700 +GST per person

  3. Pool House twin share with Queen bed and bunk $700 +GST per person
    (Three friends could share this room - triple room rate $650 +GST per person. Email Jessica directly to book this option.)

  4. Pool House twin share with shared bathroom $700 +GST per person

  • Couples can request to have king bed in their room

  • All prices are per person in AUD including taxes.

  • A $300 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the retreat.

  • Payment in full required 1st May 2019. This retreat is non refundable and non transferable.
