Tiean Khan

Tiean has been a student of yoga for more than 15 years, practicing initially in Hatha and also dabbling in many other styles including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin, Kundalini, Aerial/Acro and Restorative.

It was during a moment of pure clarity during a yoga class that she decided yoga teaching was the path for her. So she began her journey to become a yoga teacher, completing her first training in Kerala, India.

Tiean has completed more than 500 hours of yoga training and teaches Hatha yoga, while mixing in other elements from the various yoga styles she practices.

Tiean loves to share yoga and her approach is to teach inclusive and fun classes with the intention to create space for students to fully emerge into their practice.

When she’s not practicing or teaching yoga Tiean enjoys the pure bliss that is simply hanging out. She’ll be reading, watching movies and spending time with her loved ones.
