Even though I'm still quite young my personal yoga journey has come a long way. I've come from a yoga background as most of my family members are yoga teachers back in Germany! Growing up I always enjoyed a playful lesson as a child but when I came into my teenage years I lost track of my yoga practice for a little bit. The days got more stressful and my expectations on myself grew with every day, which I couldn't fulfill at that time.

Leaving Germany behind, I travelled to India to find my way back to yoga. There I completed my yoga teacher training for Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga.
Following love I ended up living in Melbourne and am now lucky enough to be able to teach and share my practice with others!

Yoga plays a big part in my life. It has taught me so much. Sometimes you need to step back and take a deep breath.

Throughout my class I enjoy setting a focus on mindfulness, most of the time by setting an intention at the beginning of the class,  and conscious deep breathing.
I wish for everyone to discover their own practice, one that is right for their body and their personal goals as your body is your temple and your teacher. And I will be there to guide you!

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my loved ones as well as going outside enjoying nature. As I grew up in a very small town I always enjoy to go for a walk if I need to clear my head. One of my big passions is travelling and exploring new places. Meeting new people and seeing all the beauty of different places.
