Seniors Yoga (Gentle Yoga Classes)
Seniors Yoga classes have been carefully designed around the special needs of the body as it ages and begins to lose its strength, mobility and balance.
The focus is on creating a practice that is steady, comfortable and pleasant, in which seniors can explore their new boundaries, as they build strength, mobility and balance and become more connected with their bodies through the breath... the slow deep diaphragmatic breath.
Appropriate for students 60+ years of age
