Sarah Nott

Sarah’s passion for yoga is deeply rooted in the powerful benefits of Restorative Yoga and it’s ability to cultivate self-care and mindfulness. She believes in a holistic approach to wellness and that we each have an innate ability within us to heal ourselves.

Sarah has been practicing yoga for 15 years having practiced numerous styles including Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Ashtanga, Prenatal and Mums & Bubs Yoga.

Sarah worked as a Chartered Accountant for nearly 10 years until burn out and adrenal fatigue led to her decision to follow her heart and become a yoga teacher.  This set her on a new path towards living a life doing something she finds deeply fulfilling and that brings her so much love and joy.

Sarah completed her Diploma of Yoga Teaching at the Australian Yoga Academy in 2011. She has also studied Restorative Yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga and Reiki Level 1 & 2.

Sarah grew up on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula but now lives in Kew with her husband, daughter, Emily (aged 1) and puppy, Teddy, a Cavoodle who is full of joy.

Sarah has a very gentle, caring and compassionate nature and loves to help people. Sarah is passionate about helping people learn the importance of slowing down and resting. Her classes are relaxing and will have you floating on a cloud by the end of class.
