Who can practice? Restorative Yoga, also known as Gentle Therapeutics, is perfect for those who are new to yoga or could be recovering from an injury/illness and need to gradually regain tolerances within the body. Even those with an active dynamic practice will benefit greatly from the gentle movements of the body.

Why is Restorative Yoga so powerful? This practice is designed to activate each and every part of the body and encourage the natural release of held tension and stress. Our focus is to relieve soreness and accumulated stress, improve posture and awareness of breath, whilst also lengthening specific muscles in order to reestablish their ideal tone.
