A one-on-one private yoga classes are the perfect way to take your yoga practice to the next level. Sometimes we just need a little more attention and care, and a private yoga session offers you a means to deal with specific personal needs, questions or injuries. Lasting between one and two hours, these sessions are a powerful tool that allow you to see deeper insights, go deeper into your practice and relieve stress from a long day.

Choose your backdrop

Yoga private sessions can be scheduled at the Jessica Dewar Yoga Studio or in the privacy of your home, apartment or hotel room weekdays from 6.00am - 8.00pm, and varied weekends from 6.00am - 8.00pm.

I first started working with Jessica in 2016, shortly following my diagnosis with Parkinson’s disease. While initially shaken by the diagnosis, I was determined not to let it define me. My family suggested that I manage my symptoms with exercise so I started a rigorous weekly regime of movement, and yoga with Jessica was a key part of this.

Eighteen months on, yoga has become one of the favourite parts of my week. In addition to being a skilled yoga professional, Jessica is a deeply caring and committed person. Her continual efforts to ensure that our sessions are catering to my needs while still extending my practice are testament to her deep expertise.

Happily, the results of our work together have led to my body regaining its strength, mobility and flexibility. My symptoms have been arrested and I feel in the best shape I’ve been in over a decade.
