Welcome yogis!

To get the most out of your Yoga for Low Back Pain practice, it is recommended you practice this entire sequence up to 6 times weekly. The sequence should take no longer than 1 hour.

Click on each image to see a detailed description for how long to hold or how often to repeat the pose. Remember to keep your breath flowing freely to avoid additional strain in your back.

And finally, be kind to yourself. Whilst back pain is frustrating, we can work with it. Life doesn’t need to be full of pain. There is hope for us all! xx
