Joan began practicing yoga at an early age, and over the years has been continually drawn back to the practice. Pursuing the corporate pathway, Joan found support from her practice as it taught her the importance of cultivating mindfulness and stillness.
Joan has completed her 500 hour yoga teaching training and is passionate about teaching Vinyasa Flow yoga. Joan describes her classes are nurturing, steady and soulful.
Joan has experienced how yoga has been a transformative and purposeful force. She is keen to share yoga teachings and guide the students in their own journey in a welcoming and supportive way.
When not yoga-ing, Joan enjoys tea sipping, olive dips and quiet moments reading but on the flipside also enjoys boxing classes, reading fine print, and social outings.
