Jean Young

Jean has been practicing yoga on and off for over a decade. Over the past couple of years, Jean has delved further into her practice developing a deeper connection to the physical, spiritual and energetic benefits of yoga. Jean completed her 200-hr teacher training in 2018, she is excited to share her love of movement, breathe awareness and those moments of stillness when the corners of the mouth move towards the ears and that feeling of joy arrives. Jean also works in environmental sustainability and believes that through yoga we can build our capacity and commitment to tread more lightly on our earth.

When she’s not on the yoga mat; she’s dancing, seeing live music, cycling and getting out in nature.
