My biggest challenge - I have tried Yoga through YouTube, but it was hard to follow and to concentrate. Therefore, I joined the class to get to know more about Yoga. Changes I've seen - Less back pain or no more back pain if I do Yoga at least few times a week (trying to change my habit to do it everyday now) whenever I wake up every morning. Less stress, more relaxed, more flexible and I’m being kinder to my self and my body.
I really enjoy classes with Jessica and her pace is really well tailored for someone like me who is a beginner.
Next course commencing:
Intake 1: Wednesdays June 14th - July 5th @ 6:15pm
Intake 2: Tuesdays June 20th - July 11th @ 7:30pm
Weekly classes on Tuesday's, 4.30-5.15pm
Saturday, July 15th, 8.00am - 9.00am
Saturday, June 17th, 4.00pm - 5.30pm
