Fleur's introduction to Yoga coincided with her debut as a professional dancer in 2001, and her training in shadow yoga (Chaya yoga) and Vinyasa/Hatha yoga has counter parted to her career ever since. Fleur draws on years of experience in practicing yoga and dance intertwining her love of creativity and fluidity with sensibility to movement.
As a Yoga teacher she is endeavoring to share her love of yoga with her students. To enable them to unlock the secrets it possesses to excite and motivate all aspects of life. Through emphasis on physical alignment and breath, her class aims to guide students towards an appreciation for ones own practice and through curiosity towards a more secure state of self awareness.
