Claire has been teaching yoga in Barcelona and Melbourne since completing her teacher training (RYT200hr) in Rishikesh, India, in 2014. Claire's teaching style is a fusion of Vinyasa flow and alignment postures from the Ashtanga primary series.
After working in an office for 10 years of her life, Claire has found extreme benefit and comfort from her yoga practice; physically - in reversing the stiffness associated with sitting all day, and mentally and spiritually - reducing stress and finding more presence and grace in the day to day.
Claire loves to share the wisdom she learned from her personal unraveling on and off the mat and she frequently delves into yoga philosophy to integrate the learnings into her teaching.
When she's not teaching yoga, you'll find Claire riding a red bike around the city, coaching in holistic wellness, blogging, or spending time with her hubby and friends visiting art shows or galleries.
