Ash’s yoga journey first began in 2009 when she commenced her career as a Paramedic. What began as an opportunity exercise and unwind, in time became a way of life. Since then, Ash has been a dedicated practitioner of yoga and draws upon the practice as a source of inspiration for everything she does in life. Ash completed her 200hr TT with Yoga Flame in 2018 and draws upon her knowledge of the human body to integrate physical and spiritual practice.
Ash’s deep passion for yoga, meditation and mindfulness is etched in her soul nurturing classes. She believes in delivering a holistic and balanced yoga experience. She aims to empower her students by cultivating a greater sense of Self-awareness and tapping into their inner wisdom to live a more connected and present life.
