Anjali’s tryst with yoga (asanas) started nearly eight years ago, when she began practising and eventually instructing yoga asanas (Hot, Hatha, Vinyasa, Power) in America. In 2012 she moved to India, where she continued to learn, practise and instruct. It was in these years that she realised that yoga was much more than just asanas and became deeply interested in yogic philosophy- the eight limbs (ashtanga) of yoga.
Now in Melbourne, she continues to strive to learn, practice and instruct. She tries to teach with her heart, practice with ahimsa and be a humble student all her life.
